Will I need to be a licensed massage therapist or esthetician to own a franchise?
No. While a background in wellness is a plus, you are not required to hold a license. You will hire licensed professionals to perform services. What matters most is your drive, leadership ability, and commitment to quality.

Our regular clients and membership model creates predictable, recurring monthly revenue. Members pay a flat monthly fee for services, which builds client loyalty, improves retention, and stabilizes cash flow for your location.

Most franchisees begin seeing profitability within after the first 12 to 24 months, depending on their market, team quality, and how effectively they execute the membership and marketing strategy.
Can I own multiple locations?
Yes! Multi-unit ownership is encouraged for franchisees who demonstrate strong operational performance. We offer multi-unit development agreements for qualified candidates.
What is the process to become a Brilliant Massage & Skin franchisee?
The process typically includes an initial inquiry, a discovery call, reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), attending a Discovery Day, and signing the franchise agreement. From there, we guide you through site selection, buildout, hiring, and launch.
How long does it take to open my location after signing?
The timeline from signing to opening is typically 6 to 12 months, depending on lease negotiation, construction, licensing, and hiring timelines in your market.
What does the site selection process look like?
We work closely with you to identify the right location based on demographics, traffic patterns, competition analysis, and visibility. Our team provides guidance throughout lease negotiation to protect your investment.
